Personal Injury Law Support Staff
Rosie Theisen
Rosie is a legal assistant and joined the firm in 1990. Rosie is an integral part of the team in the area of personal injury litigation, products liability litigation, and premises liability litigation, including waterpark injuries.
Rosie is very detail oriented and has extensive insight and knowledge with regard to personal injury litigation practices and management of cases. She also brings 15 years of prior experience as a medical secretary, which proved very beneficial in dealing with insurance companies, as well as organizing and compiling medical and damages data needed for management of each case. Rosie enjoys getting to know the clients and working with them on a one-on-one basis to assist the firm’s attorneys in the civil litigation process by answering and compiling discovery requests, drafting various pleadings, and preparing materials for depositions and trials.
Rosie grew up in the Menomonee Falls area and moved to Montello in 1981. She enjoys her children and her grandchildren, loves to cook and bake, and is very actively involved in her church and the youth of the community.
Laura Card
Laura joined the firm in 1998 and has provided case management support in the area of personal injury, products liability, and premises liability cases. Laura received an Associate Degree of Administrative Assistant – Information Processing and also received an Associate Degree of Administrative Assistant – Secretarial – both from MATC.
Laura initially primarily performed data entry tasks, however, Laura has quickly become a major asset in providing support in almost all incoming personal injury cases up to the inception of a suit. Laura has wonderful time management skills. She is organized, detail-oriented, and has a wide knowledge base with regard to management and organization of personal injury cases. Laura provides presuit support for the firm’s attorneys in the form of fact gathering for later litigation, the compilation of medical and damages data, and production of essential documentation in preparation for a suit. Laura interacts daily with clients and insurance companies to reach a just and fair result for the client.
Gracyn Holcomb
Gracyn joined the firm in May 2024, after graduating with her Bachelor of Arts degree in Democracy and Justice Studies with an emphasis in Criminal Justice and Political Science in December 2023. Gracyn has spent a great deal of time working with an environmental non-profit organization, which has influenced her passion for advocating for those in impacted communities. The legal assistant position in Personal Injury law is a perfect fit as Gracyn knew she wanted to positively impact her people in her community.
In a short time, Gracyn has become a valuable team member in pursuing justice and just compensation for our personal injury clients. She is handling all facets of personal injury matters, including performing extensive research.
Monica Wood
Kailey Biever
Kailey joined the team in May 2024 as an administrative assistant. She is currently attending MPTC pursuing her associate’s in legal studies/paralegal degree.
Kailey was a stay-at-home mom for two years before going back to school. Outside of work and school, Kailey enjoys spending time with her children, husband, and dog, Max. She is an avid reader of anything fantasy and enjoys spending time in nature. Her family spends most weekends camping, swimming, and exploring. Kailey volunteers as secretary for the Ripon Youth Football Program and enjoys being involved in various activities at her children’s school.
Courtney Trimble
Andrea Klapper
Andrea joined the firm in 2001. In 2008, Andrea received her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix. She also holds an Associate Degree of Administrative Assistant from MATC. Andrea currently works part-time and performs all payroll duties and all necessary tax preparation on behalf of the firm.
Vikki Trimble
Vikki joined the firm in December 2016, bringing with her 35 years of accounting experience. Vikki was one of the owners of V&V Market in Packwaukee, Wisconsin which gives her excellent knowledge of the inner workings of small business accounting. Vikki performs various accounting and bookkeeping duties for the office including managing bank accounts, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and preparing accounting and bookkeeping reports.
In her free time, Vikki enjoys gardening, quilting, working on her farm raising sheep and spending as much time as possible with her two grandchildren.
Criminal Law Support Staff
Jessica Klawitter
Jessica was born and raised in Kenai, Alaska. Jessica was a stay-at-home mom for the past 9 years. Before that Jessica worked three jobs, one at a full-service tire sales and vehicle service center where she was recognized as a top salesperson statewide in her company. After that, Jessica worked as a receptionist at a doctor’s office, being the foreperson for patient contact and participating in the medical billing and coding department on occasion.
Jessica has now decided to venture back to the working world and begin building her career. Jessica joined the Greg Wright Law team in October 2016. Jessica is Attorney Erik Johnson’s Criminal Defense Assistant. Jessica assists Erik in his criminal defense practice doing client intake, coordinating Erik’s court calendar, scheduling necessary appointments with district attorneys throughout the state, drafting initial documentation, and engaging in discovery efforts and any other necessary steps throughout the case. Jessica loves the people she works with and really cares about the reasons why we are representing our clients.
Outside of the office, Jessica babysits part-time and coaches two dance/poms teams during the basketball season. Jessica loves to sing in church and at local events and weddings. Jessica also enjoys spending time on the lake in the summer, fishing, and camping. Jessica values her close friendships and loves game nights with family and friends!
